Coal Society specializes in the sale of streetwear clothing and related accessories.

Product photographs, descriptions, and other information are presented as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color or appearance may occur due to the settings of the screen used by the customer.

Coal Society reserves the right to change prices, descriptions, availability, and product specifications without prior notice.

4. Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose to:

  • Wait for the product to be restocked;
  • Choose another product;
  • Request a full refund of the amount paid.

5. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are in euros (€).

Prices displayed on the website may be changed without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Any shipping costs will be displayed before the purchase is confirmed.

An order will only be prepared after payment has been confirmed.

7. Shipping

Coal Society ships orders to Portugal, the European Union, and other international destinations.

The estimated average delivery times are:

  • Portugal: 5–7 business days;
  • European Union: 7–15 business days;
  • International: 8–20 business days.

The delivery times provided are estimates only and may be subject to changes due to circumstances beyond Coal Society's control, including carrier delays, promotional periods, public holidays, or customs procedures.

Coal Society cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Customers may request a return within a maximum of 5 days after receiving the order.

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

  • Show no signs of use;
  • Have all original tags attached;
  • Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Personalized or made-to-order products cannot be returned, except when they have a manufacturing defect or when the error is attributable to Coal Society.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, whenever possible.

9. Exchanges

An exchange will only be possible subject to stock availability.
